Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is in your order confirmation email, usually shown with a #, such as #1001. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find the email. Use the email address or phone number you entered at checkout.
Where is my tracking number?
Look for your shipping confirmation email after your order has been dispatched. Your order number and tracking number are different: the order number identifies your purchase, while the tracking number identifies your shipment.
Why hasn't tracking updated yet?
Your order may still be processing, or the carrier may not have scanned your parcel yet. Updates can also pause between carrier scans. If you can't find your order or you're concerned about an update, contact us with your order number and checkout email.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing takes 2–5 business days, or up to 7 during busy periods. Delivery then takes 7–12 business days after processing. These are separate estimated timeframes.
