These terms apply to purchases from the CozyHaven online store and use of our website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform. Shopify’s involvement does not transfer responsibility for your purchase away from our store.
Placing an order
Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information.
Before completing checkout, check your selected color, plug type and quantity. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase contract or have the appropriate authorization.
We send an order confirmation containing your purchase details.
If an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be completed or an order error is identified, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, payments for the unfulfilled goods will be refunded.
Prices, discounts and payment
The price, currency and applicable discount are displayed before you complete checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Discounts apply according to the conditions of the relevant offer.
Applicable import duties and import taxes are included in your checkout total. No additional import duties or import taxes are payable on delivery.
Changes to website prices or offers do not retrospectively change the agreed price of an existing order.
Product information and use
We aim to describe our products accurately. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. This does not limit your right to receive goods that match their description.
Please select the appropriate plug option and follow the operating and care instructions supplied with your product.
A plug shape alone does not establish electrical compatibility. Contact us before use if you are unsure whether the product is suitable for your local electricity supply.
Stop using an electrical product that appears damaged or faulty and contact our support team.
Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates and shipping arrangements.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays do not remove your cancellation or refund rights under applicable law.

Order changes, cancellations and returns
To request an order change or cancellation before dispatch, email us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may no longer be possible once the order has been dispatched.
Dispatch does not remove any applicable statutory right to cancel or return goods.

Website use
You must not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with its operation.

Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Contacting support does not prevent you from exercising your legal remedies.
